Miscellaneous Magic, January 21
We rolled out a number of new features and fixes this week.
Changes include:
- Improved printable mode by removing the edit quills from the page.
- Enabled the entering of special effects like poison to equipped weapon attack actions.
- Correctly imported tiny weapon actions as equipped weapon attacks, which improves the quality of the SRD Sprite entry under the hood.
- Prefer the home-brew versions of monsters in the encounter tables if the SRD and the user account have monsters of the same name.
- Apply the heavy armor speed penalty for monsters that have heavy armor and don’t meet a strength requirement.
- Improve the ‘generic names’ that appear in special traits. They should be correctly displayed for all SRD monsters now and have improved guesses for home-brew monsters.
- A monster can now be marked as ‘unique’, indicating that they should not appear in encounter tables and their name is a proper name that should be inserted into special trait descriptions accordingly.
