Trampling Charge.

If the bison moves at least 20 ft. straight toward a creature and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the bison can make one stomp attack against it as a bonus action.

Actions

Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) piercing damage.
Hooves. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage.

Bison

Herds on the plains. Bison are covered in shaggy fur, usually a rich brown, thicker in the mane and beard, that makes them well-suited to temperate environs with cold seasons.

Dangerous when threatened. Bison are well-able to defend themselves, their young, and their herd. They will sometimes charge when approached or if they perceive a threat. They’ve been known to toss able warriors into the air and trample them.

Out of the wild. Bison raised from a very young age can be trained as steeds or beasts of burden.
