If the candlewax powerarmor does not have a creature in its compartment, it cannot take actions and is treated as a magical object. It retains its Fire Absorption and Magic Resistance traits, but can be magically altered.

If the candlewax powerarmor is reduced to 0 hp, it ejects its operator and cannot be activated until its hit points are restored to full.

If the powerarmor is inhabited but the operator is unconscious, dead, or otherwise unable to control the candlewax powerarmor, treat it as a candlewax golem that has gone berserk.

Fire Absorption.

Whenever the candlewax powerarmor is subjected to fire damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of hit points equal to the fire damage dealt.

Immutable Form.

The candlewax powerarmor is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Magic Resistance.

The candlewax powerarmor has advantage on Saving Throws against Spells and other magical Effects.

Magic Weapons.

The candlewax powerarmor’s weapon attacks are magical.

Powerarmor.

A candlewax powerarmor has space within it to house one humanoid creature of Medium size or smaller, which controls its actions. A creature can use its action to enter an uninhabited Powerarmor and close themselves inside. Any creature without Fire Immunity must roll a DC 15 Constitution saving throw after being in the Powerarmor for a number of turns equal to their Constitution Modifier + 1. On a failure, the creature must use its action to open the compartment and release the heat inside, and cannot close the compartment (a move action) until their next turn. A creature with Fire Resistance doubles how long they can stay inside without a check, but a creature Vulnerable to Fire takes 1d6 damage every round it is within the suit, and does not gain the candlewax powerarmors Fire Absorption benefits.

Actions

Multiattack. The golem makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage plus 7 (2d6) fire damage.
Wax Seal (Recharge 5–6).

The candlewax powerarmor sloughs off some of its body onto a target, which quickly cools and hardens. The target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. A creature that fails this save takes 2d6 fire damage and is Restrained. On each of its turns, a creature can use its action to make a DC 15 Strength check to break free, ending the condition. A targeted container, door, or other object cannot be opened or interacted with unless the wax is removed first.

Another creature can attempt a DC 15 Strength check, or deal 10 points of damage to the wax to end the Restrained condition on a creature or object. The wax is vulnerable to fire, but provides no protection to the creature or object, so any damage applied to the wax affects the target as well.

Golems

“In ancient vaults and forgotten workshops, where arcane symbols glow and old chants echo, the Golem stirs— a construct of material and magic, bound to a creator’s will.”

Golems are creations of artifice and enchantment, embodying the pinnacle of magical craftsmanship and elemental binding.

Crafted Protectors. Golems are sculpted from a variety of materials, be it clay, stone, iron, or even rarer substances. They stand as silent sentinels, their forms often resembling humanoid statues, waiting for the command to awaken.

Elemental Essence. A golem’s heart is not one of flesh, but of raw elemental energy. This animating force gives them life, strength, and purpose, making them nearly unstoppable when set upon a task.

Bound to Serve. Golems possess no will of their own. They act solely based on the instructions imbued upon their creation or as directed by their master. This unwavering loyalty makes them ideal guardians and servants.

Magical Immunity. Due to their arcane nature, golems often exhibit resistance or even immunity to certain spells and magical effects. They are a testament to the mastery of their creator’s magical prowess.

Silent Might. Golems do not speak or show emotion. Their movements are deliberate and unstoppable. When they engage in combat, they do so with a methodical and relentless force, using their inherent might to crush adversaries.

Legacy of Creation. Golems, while formidable, are often a reflection of their creator’s intent, genius, and sometimes, hubris. They serve as both protectors and reminders of the boundaries of magical innovation.
