Actions

Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 40/160 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.
Charming Arrow (3/Day).

The cupid attacks with its shortbow. If it hits, it deals no damage, but the target is charmed without a saving throw. The target treats a creature or object of the cupid’s choice as the charmer, treating it with adoration and seeking its favor. The effect lasts 24 hours or until the cupid dies, is on a different plane of existence from the target, or ends the effect as a bonus action. Creatures immune to being charmed are immune to this effect.

Cupid

A chubby child in a toga flutters towards you on plumed wings. It holds a tiny bow in its hands, and upon its adorable face sits an expression of exaggerated innocence.

Many people believe that cupids devote themselves to playing matchmaker, even going so far as to assume they are some sort of celestial. Cupids use this to their advantage, for they in fact are mischief-making fey who enjoy nothing more than causing self-important people to act as fools around their peers.

Intelligence check (DC 10): This creature can help people find love.
Intelligence check (DC 15): This is a fey creature known for its charming magics.
Intelligence check (DC 20): Cupids use their magic to embarrass people more often than to help people.
Intelligence check (DC 25): Cupids can charm people to be attracted to anything and love to choose embarrassing targets.
