Diplopotamus

A crocodile rushes towards you, and you prepare for its attack, but surprisingly, it runs right past you, as if afraid. From the water behind it rises a large, rotund creature. It comes charging out of the river, two mouths agape and beady eyes glaring at you with ferocity.

More aggressive than a Hippopotamus (and more dangerous), the Diplopotamus is a fast, agile predator. The position of its eyes on the bottom of its head allow it to seek out prey below the surface of the water, but also means it is not as aware of dangers from above the surface. Despite its bulk, it can move very fast.
