Pack Tactics.

The bat has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the bat’s allies is within 5 ft. of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.

Patient.

Giant bats are smart and patient. They only attack after their targets have acted.

If the giant bat is ahead of its target in the initiative order, they hold their turn until after their choice target has acted.

Actions

Poisonous Bite (Stun). Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage. If it hits, the target must make a DC 14 Constitution Saving Throw. On a failed save, the target is stunned until the beggining of their next turn. Stunned creatures are numbed, so any physical damage they take is reduced 1 dice level (Ex: 1d6 damages become 1d4 ).
Lift (Bonus action).

The giant bat can use its bonus action to attempt to grapple a target. If they succeed, they will lift the target in the air and drop them from as high as they can. While carrying a grappled creature, they fly at half their speed

Screech (1/Day).

Targets in a 60 ft cone must suceed on a DC 12 saving throw or be deafened for 1 minute
