Kupid
When a Kupid uses its innate Charm Person spell, the target of the spell treats a creature or object of the Kupid’s choice as the caster. The Kupid can still choose itself, or the target (in which case, the target views themself favorably, which may or may not have any noticeable effect). When the spell ends, the creature knows it was charmed, but only knows the Kupid to be the source if it is aware of the Kupid.
Actions
The Kupid can choose to make an attack with its bow a Charming Arrow attack. If it hits, it deals no damage, but the Kupid expends one of its innate Charm Person spells, and the target is affected by the spell without receiving a Saving Throw. Creatures immune to being charmed are still immune to this affect. The Kupid must still have uses of its innate Charm Person ability remaining in order to take this action.
Kupid
Many people assume that Kupids devote themselves to playing matchmaker, even going so far as to assume they are some sort of Celestial. Kupids use this to their advantage, for they in fact are mischief-making fey who enjoy nothing more than causing self-important people to act as fools around their peers.
