The greater ghast of Leng has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn’t have all its hp.

Command Ghasts of Leng.

As a bonus action, the greater ghast of Leng commands a ghast of Leng within 30 feet of it to make one attack as a reaction against a creature the greater ghast attacked this round.

Fey Ancestry.

Calador has advantage on Saving Throws against being Charmed, and magic can’t put Calador to sleep.

Ghoulish Vitality.

When Calador is reduced to 0 hp he is knocked unconscious but not killed. At the start of his next turn he regains 14 (4d6) hp and wakes up. He loses this ability if the Bone of Doresain is destroyed.

Necrophage Stench.

A creature that starts its turn within 30 feet of the ghast must succeed on a DC 14 CON save or have disadvantage on all saves against spells cast by the ghast for 1 minute. If a creature’s save is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the ghast’s Necrophage Stench for the next 24 hours.

Spider Climb.

Calador can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Sunlight Hypersensitivity.

The greater ghast of Leng takes 20 radiant damage when it starts its turn in sunlight. While in sunlight, it has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.

Undead Resilience.

The ghast is immune to exhaustion and to the poisoned condition.

Innate Spellcasting. Calador's innate spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Actions

Multiattack. The ghast makes one Bite attack and two Claws attacks, or it makes three Arcane Blast attacks. It can replace one Bite attack or two Arcane Blast attacks with a use of Spellcasting. If one Bite attack and at least one Claws attack hit a creature that isn’t a Construct or Undead, the target must succeed on a DC 13 CON save or contract ghoul hunger (see the Ghoul Hunger sidebar).
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage. If the target is a creature that isn’t a Construct or Undead, it must succeed on a DC 14 CON save or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Arcane Blast. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) force damage.
Create Ghoul (1/Day).

Calador creates a ghoul from the body of a dead humanoid within 60 ft.The Ghoul is under Calador’s command and will obey simple instructions, but the control is very weak and it will always tend to act on its violent nature. For details, see The Bone of Doresain.

Mind Rend (Recharge 5–6).

A wave of madness flows out from the Bone. All creatures within 15 ft. must make a DC 14 Charisma save or take 7 (2d6) psychic damage.
