Berserk.

Whenever the golem starts its turn with 60 hit points or fewer, roll a d6. On a 6, the golem goes berserk. On each of its turns while berserk, the golem attacks the nearest creature it can see. If no creature is near enough to move to and attack, the golem attacks an object, with preference for an object smaller than itself. The possessing soul exits and acts as a Wraith with the Ghost’s Possession ability. Once the golem goes berserk, it continues to do so until it is destroyed or regains all its hit points.

Ethereal Sight.

The golem can see 60 ft. into the Ethereal Plane when it is on the Material Plane, and vice versa.

Fire Absorption.

Whenever the golem is subjected to fire damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of hit points equal to the fire damage dealt.

Immutable Form.

The golem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Magic Resistance.

The golem has advantage on Saving Throws against Spells and other magical Effects.

Magic Weapons.

The golem’s weapon attacks are magical.

Actions

Multiattack. The golem makes two slam attacks.
Molten Blob Lob. Ranged Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d6 + 7) bludgeoning damage plus 5 (1d10) fire damage.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage plus 10 (3d6) fire damage, or 10 (3d6) necrotic damage (Golem’s choice).
Horrifying Visage.

Each non-undead creature within 60 ft. of the golem that can see it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute, as tormented faces appear covering the golem’s body. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the frightened condition on itself on a success. If a target’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to this golem’s Horrifying Visage for the next 24 hours.

Wax Seal (Recharge 5–6).

The golem sloughs off some of its body onto a target, which quickly cools and hardens. The target must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. A creature that fails this save takes 2d6 fire damage and is Restrained. On each of its turns, a creature can use its action to make a DC 18 Strength check to break free, ending the condition. A targeted container, door, or other object cannot be opened or interacted with unless the wax is removed first.

Another creature can attempt a DC 18 Strength check, or deal 10 points of damage to the wax to end the Restrained condition on a creature or object. The wax is vulnerable to fire, but provides no protection to the creature or object, so any damage applied to the wax affects the target as well.

Legendary Actions

The golem can take 3 legendary actions choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The golem regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Blob Attack. The golem attacks with its Molten Blob Lob
Horrifying Visage. The golem uses Horrifying Visage.
Oozing Wax. The golem drips down into small crevices and cracks, moving twice its speed as it is forced through small spaces by its own weight. It reforms into its normal shape at the end of this movement.
Slam Attack. The golem attacks with its slam.
Wax Seal (Costs 2 Actions). The golem uses Wax Seal if it has the capability of doing so.

Golems

“In ancient vaults and forgotten workshops, where arcane symbols glow and old chants echo, the Golem stirs— a construct of material and magic, bound to a creator’s will.”

Golems are creations of artifice and enchantment, embodying the pinnacle of magical craftsmanship and elemental binding.

Crafted Protectors. Golems are sculpted from a variety of materials, be it clay, stone, iron, or even rarer substances. They stand as silent sentinels, their forms often resembling humanoid statues, waiting for the command to awaken.

Elemental Essence. A golem’s heart is not one of flesh, but of raw elemental energy. This animating force gives them life, strength, and purpose, making them nearly unstoppable when set upon a task.

Bound to Serve. Golems possess no will of their own. They act solely based on the instructions imbued upon their creation or as directed by their master. This unwavering loyalty makes them ideal guardians and servants.

Magical Immunity. Due to their arcane nature, golems often exhibit resistance or even immunity to certain spells and magical effects. They are a testament to the mastery of their creator’s magical prowess.

Silent Might. Golems do not speak or show emotion. Their movements are deliberate and unstoppable. When they engage in combat, they do so with a methodical and relentless force, using their inherent might to crush adversaries.

Legacy of Creation. Golems, while formidable, are often a reflection of their creator’s intent, genius, and sometimes, hubris. They serve as both protectors and reminders of the boundaries of magical innovation.
