Sahuagin

“In the abyssal depths, where light falters and pressure crushes, the Sahuagin prowl, a ravenous piscine race of the ocean’s expanse.”

Often dubbed the “devils of the deep”, sahuagins are formidable aquatic marauders, known for their territorial aggression.

Shark Kin. With sleek, green-scaled bodies and sharp, fin-like protrusions, sahuagins resemble a menacing blend of humanoid and shark. Their eyes, a piercing black, allow them to see even in the murkiest of waters, and their jagged teeth can rend flesh with ease.

Oceanic Raiders. Driven by a combination of hunger and a desire for dominance, sahuagins are notorious for their raids on both ships and coastal settlements. They have a particular hatred of elves that live in, on, or near the sea.

Deep Devotion. Bound by a fierce loyalty to their god, Sekolah, the sahuagins live in a theocratic society. Their leaders are often clerics or chosen ones, guiding the shoal in their god’s name, emphasizing brutality and conquest.

Martial Mastery. Despite their feral reputation, sahuagins exhibit complex battle tactics, using their numbers, environment, and innate aquatic abilities to set deadly traps and ambushes for their foes.
