Sinkable.

Whenever SHIP: The Medusa starts its turn with 50 hit points or fewer, it is actively sinking and must make DC 10 Constitution saves every turn. If SHIP: The Medusa has 0 hit points, it automatically fails its saving throws to avoid sinking. On a failed save, one of the ships decks is completely filled with water. If all the decks are filled, the ship has sunk and drops to 0 hit points.

Repairing the ship so that it has more than 50 hit points stops the checks or saves but does not remove any water. If at least half of SHIP: The Medusa’s minimum crew spend an action bailing over two turns, they can restore a ship’s deck. Some magics may be able to remove water from a deck, at the DM’s discretion.

Actions

Multiattack. SHIP: The Medusa attacks twice with its cannons and twice with its catapults. Both cannons fired must be on the same side of the ship.
Broadside Cannons. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d10 + 3) bludgeoning damage. If the target is in front of or behind the ship, the attack automatically misses.
Catapults. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 60/180 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d12 + 3) bludgeoning damage plus 7 (2d6) poison damage. Anyone on the deck of the ship takes the poison damage in a 15-foot radius from the point of impact. If they do, they must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. A creature that fails the save begins to turn to stone and is restrained. The restrained creature must repeat the saving throw at the end of its next turn, becoming petrified on a failure or ending the effect on a success. The petrification lasts until the creature is freed by the greater restoration spell or other magic.

SHIP: The Medusa

Captained by the statuesque Mala Stone, The Medusa lives up to its name by petrifying the crew of enemy ships. Captain Stone has been known to ignore flags of surrender, continuing to attack the ship until no movement remains. This has earned her the title of “Merciless Mala,” which she seems to venerate.
