Shapechanger.

The wereleopard can use its action to polymorph into a leopard-humanoid hybrid or into a snow leopard, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Extraordinary Jumper.

Whenever the wereleopard makes a long jump or high jump, the distance is doubled.

Keen Hearing and Smell.

The wereleopard has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Pounce.

If the wereleopard moves at least 20 ft. straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 12 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the wereleopard can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.

Snow Camouflage.

The wereleopard has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in snowy terrain.

Actions

Multiattack (Humanoid or Hybrid form only). In humanoid form, the wereleopard makes two quarterstaff attacks or two longbow attacks. In hybrid form, it can attack like a humanoid or make two claw attacks.
Bite (Leopard or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 2) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with wereleopard lycanthropy.
Claw (Leopard or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) slashing damage.
Quarterstaff (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage, or 6 (1d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage if used with two hands.
Longbow (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage.

Lycanthropes

A lycanthrope is an accursed humanoid that can transform into a beast. These shapeshifters haunt the dark stories people tell to scare children. Most have heard tales of werewolves, but lycanthropes can come in any beast form: bears, boars, giant rats, and others. Some seem to be able to shift freely between their animal and their humanoid forms or even to a sort of hybrid. Others appear to be afflicted with their beastly form only when the moon is full. This curse is known to be contagious, so anyone bitten by such a creature should seek the help of powerful healers.

Wereleopard, Snow

You hear a piercing yowl as a beastly humanoid hunter with spotted fur, a long tail, and feline features emerges from the snowy landscape into your conscious vision.

The snow wereleopard is a fierce and patient ambush hunter of the high mountains. In leopard form, they prowl the snowy heights in search of goats and other prey. In humanoid form, they are usually short for their race, but surprisingly dextrous.

These lycanthropes are solitary by nature, quiet and calm until roused by anger or fear. They usually choose to live alone or in a small family unit in a remote cabin they’ve built for this purpose. They occasionally visit isolated mountain settlements to trade, for news, or to seek temporary companionship.

Intelligence check (DC 15): You believe this is some type of rare lycanthrope.
