Swarm of Pigeons
The swarm of pigeons has advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks made to navigate.
The swarm can occupy another creature’s space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny creature. The swarm can’t regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.
Actions
The swarm releases a torrent of poop in a 15 foot diameter circle on the ground below. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is stunned until the end of the swarms next turn and is at disadvantage on all Charisma checks for the next 24 hours or until it uses a short rest to bathe. The swarm must be flying at least 10 feet off the ground to use this action.
