Multiattack.
The Creatures can make two attacks on each of its turn. Using Either Slam or Grapple
Grapple.
Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d12 + 3) bludgeoning damage. When hit target must make a str save dc 15. On fail target is grappled(can’t take on actions). On the start of the Grappled creature’s turn, it can spend an action to make another str sav. Every time the tentacle takes damage a grappled Creature can make another str sav. On every str save that fails grappled target takes 1d4 of damage.
Slam.
Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d10 + 3) bludgeoning damage. On hit target makes a dex sav dc 13 on fail target is knocked prone.(Must spend 15 movement in order to get up).
Ice Breath (Recharge 5–6).
The Titan can shoot an icy breath beam doing 8d6(31) damage. Enemy must make a con/int save dc 15, on success takes half damage, on fail full damage movement speed is cut in half also can’t use the dash action
