Dark Surge.

The scout can activate the dark blood in it’s body, allowing it an extra action or bonus action on it’s turn. Once the action is completed, the scout takes 5 (2d4) poison damage from the blood’s corruptive nature. The scout can’t use this ability again until it has completed a short or long rest.

Pack Tactics.

The scout has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the scout’s allies is within 5 ft. of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.

Innate Spellcasting (1/Day). The vanquished scout can innately cast expeditious retreat, requiring no material components. Its innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom.

Actions

Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage plus 1 lightning damage.
