Once the action is completed, the warlord takes 5 (2d4) poison damage from the blood’s corruptive nature. The warlord can’t use this ability again until it has completed a short or long rest.

As an action, Silva can target a creature it can see. That creature must make a DC 14 Charisma saving throw or take 12 (4d6) Necrotic damage, taking half damage on a success.
A creature that fails the saving throw has its movement halved until the end of its next turn.
Reactions
Step of Darkness.
When the warlod is hit with a weapon attack, it can use its reaction to teleport up to 120 ft. If the hit was a critical hit, It can also force one creature within 30 feet of it to make a Charisma saving throw or be banished to an extradimensional space for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn, ending the effect on a success.
