Actions

Multiattack. The giant makes two greatclub attacks.
Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Greatclub. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage.

Reactions

Rock Catching. If a rock or similar object is hurled at the giant, the giant can, with a successful DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, catch the missile and take no bludgeoning damage from it.

Giants

Giants are named by our people for their size, but they also loom large in history, myth, and legend. In appearance, they are not unlike humanoids, but are of much greater height and mass, with strength to match.

The giants are remnants of a bygone age before humanity, ruling great kingdoms the grandeur and majesty of which we can only dream. Many cultures tell legends of an age of giants before other folks arrived—a time of primal wars between the giants and the even more ancient dragons. To this day, a tense territorialism still exists between giants and dragonkind. When violence erupts, even great warriors flee and cower.

Today, the giants are scattered, largely living in small groups or alone. They are divided into several genera with characteristic adaptations to their environs. What they name themselves, we don’t have the facility of tongue to share, but our people call them cloud giants, fire giants, frost giants, hill giants, stone giants, storm giants, and the like.
