Skeletons
A skeleton is a corpse, stripped of the flesh and soft tissues, and raised as an undead creature animated by necromantic magic. Skeletons do not appear to have a will of their own but attack the living in crude imitation. The skeleton of a humanoid is likely to be equipped with a weapon, while a beast raised as a skeleton is likely to attack with a bite or bony claws. They are sometimes encountered as servants of a necromancer, whose simple commands they follow, but are also found in isolation, haunting a crypt, graveyard, or ruin which they defend mindlessly.
